Two hundred and seven years later Islamic terrorists flew planes into the World Trade Towers in NYC. Many Islamic countries treat women poorly and are run by authoritarian regimes. Islamic sponsored terrorists would love to destroy both America and Israel.
It is very challenging to witness to a Muslim because their family and friends will often ostracize them if they leave Islam. People will likely lose support, encouragement and community of family and friends if they leave the Islamic faith.
Understanding Islamic Beliefs About Jesus
I've read the Quran, it's a very difficult book to read as it jumps around and is not written chronologically. Muslims believe in Jesus but not the same Jesus of the Christian Bible.
Islam teaches that Jesus was just a prophet who was not crucified and did not rise from the dead. If you have an occasion to witness the Biblical Jesus to a Muslim, I recommend you read this book: "Seeking Allah and Finding Jesus"by Nabeel Qureshi. That book was written by a former Muslim who became a Christian.
Please remember that God loves people of all faiths and beliefs, including atheists and agnostics, but God's design is for people to come to him through Jesus.
